Past Programs
Each month we meet at our general meeting and plan a program to further educate our club women. These programs can be about non-profit organizations, local businesses, crafts, or other areas of interest. This page is dedicated to the programs we have hosted at our meetings and to remind us of this valuable information.

Hooks and Triggers

November's program featured Robert Flick and Josh Baker speaking about the non-profit Hooks & Triggers which allows disabled Veterans to fish, hunt, and enjoy the outdoors again. They organize fishing events by setting up a large freshwater tank stocked with fish to allow nursing home residents to enjoy afternoon fishing. After the event, the fish are stocked
into a local pond or stream. The "Triggers"
side is an outing for disabled Veterans to
go hunting with the aid of a special
wheelchair designed for the outdoors.
